Ok, so there's not that much snow on the ground but we're still pretty excited. Yay snow!

Our Story...

March 2000 We started dating in high school

June 2000 James graduated high school and left for college

June 2002 I graduated high school and followed James to college

July 2003 I rescued kitties Miranda and Ariel

December 2004 James graduated college and was commissioned as a military officer

January 2005 James moved to Texas for training

November 2005 James proposed Thanksgiving Day

April 2006 My first marathon

August 2006 We bought our first home

September 2006 We got married!

March 2007 My second marathon

April 2007 My third marathon and bringing home our little Piper puppy

May 2007 I graduated college

June 2008 We started trying to conceive

December 2008 I finished graduate school and was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure

June 2009 We started the adoption journey

July 2009 Matched with H, expecting a GIRL!

September 2009 Home study approved!

October 2009 Adoption match fell through

November 2009 We started waiting for a new match

July 2010 We moved to a new state for the military and bought our second home

August 2010 I started taking pre-requisite classes for nursing school

September 2010 We rescued a new puppy, Molly Mae

October 2010 Home study approved again!

January 2011 We rescued an abandoned puppy, Hamish MacPuppy

February 2011 Matched with K, expecting a BOY!

March 2011 Our healthy baby boy is born and finally comes home to join our family.

June 2011 I started nursing school.

March 2013 My fourth marathon.

May 2013 I graduated nursing school with a BSN!
